Ralf Gießelmann is a bread sommelier – one of the first in the world! His passion for baking bread was practically born in his cradle, as already his grandfather Julius was a master baker with his own small bakery. Together with Ralf we experience the fascination for bread: from high-quality ingredients to the loving preparation of the dough to the delicious smell of the bread – fresh out of the oven.
